    Weathertex is a waterproof membrane designed to protect your roof. It is a self-adhering membrane composed of a rubberized asphalt roofing sheet with a strong inorganic glass mat for reinforcement. The top surface is embedded with fine sand granules and the back is covered with an easily removable dual scored plastic release film.

    Features and Benefits:

    • Weathertex is used for protection under roof coverings such as shingles, slate, shakes, tiles, etc. to prevent water infiltration from wind driven rain and/or water backup due to ice dams. 
    • This product is ideal for use on ridges, valleys, around chimneys, windows, skylights and as an eave protection.
    • Advanced flexibility and pliability even in cold weather for ease of angling and cornering.
    • Self-sealing expansion and contraction around nails to prevent water from migrating toward the deck.
    • No special tool for a clean and time saving application – no adhesive required.
    • Resistance to UV exposure 7 days.
