Tojagrid shade sails are made of 100% virgin HDPE ( high density polyethylene) with high stability, durability and value. The innovative design of the buckle and support fits perfectly to your tojagrid structure. Fabric is made of non organic material which is fade resistant, stain resistant and will not all mold growth. Rated to block 85% of harmful uva & uvb rays. The super strong sewing structure was designed by sailboat sail makers. The securing brackets are made of 14 gauge steel with a 2 layer rust protection including outdoor grade powder coating. The sewn in buckles are heavy duty and carry a 100lb tension capacity each.
The HDPE fabric is rated to not fade for over 5 years with average north american sun exposure.
