Easily installed in minutes with a simple screwdriver. The latch has an adjustable spacing of 2 3/8 inches to 2 3/4 inches compatible with all standard doors.

    • BHMA Commercial Grade 2 approved - tested to 500,000 cycles.
    • The interior latch can be switched from "automatic locking" to "passage mode". "Automatic locking": always locks after entry; key/code required to re-enter. "Passage mode": free entry without code/key.
    • Property Managers can disable the passage function so that the lock will automatically lock each time, one key or code is always required to enter. Ideal for restaurant or gas station washrooms. - SmartCode can be easily programmed from the outside using a programming code.
    • Emergency evacuation: the interior lever is released to allow exit at any time.
    • Users can program a temporary one-time code for emergencies that is destroyed after the first use.
    • Meets ADA/ANSI A117.1 requirements, ensuring accessibility for all persons with disabilities.
    • Key-operated lever activated from the outside by a key or electronic keypad and from the inside by a cleat.
    • Reversible lever for compatibility with left and right-hand doors.
    • The keypad remains on for 5 seconds after inactivity.
