When you place an order online at Patrick Morin, you will have the possibility to choose among three pick-up or delivery options, either:

  • In-store pick-up
  • Delivery by Patrick Morin truck within 50 km of the store selected for the purchase
  • Parcel delivery

You will be able to choose among these three options when you place your order online.

Parcel Delivery

Parcel delivery is offered throughout Quebec. Take advantage of free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Shipping fees may apply depending on the amount of your order.

In-store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order in store? Place your order in the morning and pick up your purchases the afternoon! A 24h delay may apply*.

PM Truck Delivery

Delivery by PM truck is available from each of our stores within  50 km. A $69 fee applies to this type of delivery.

Parcel Delivery

Parcel Delivery is offered everywhere in Quebec within 3 to 5 working days. When your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. You will find a detailed description of your order and your order number.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier's information and your tracking number. Please note that from this point on, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.

Shipping costs

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. Under this amount, shipping fees may apply depending on the amount of your order.

*Please note that delivery fees are calculated according to the delivery methods selected. Therefore, to qualify for free parcel delivery on orders of $100 or more, the subtotal of products delivered by parcel must be greater than $100.


The carrier will be determined based on your order, its weight and dimensions, as well as your delivery address. We deal with Canada Post and Purolator.

Available products

Products available for parcel delivery are identified. Otherwise, the option will not be available at the time of pick-up/delivery.

Please note that hazardous materials, chemicals and products that are sensitive to freezing are not available for parcel delivery. Building materials and clearance are also excluded from parcel delivery.

As parcel delivery is currently only available in Quebec, if the delivery address is outside the province of Quebec, the order will be cancelled.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

In-store Pick-up

Place your order in the morning and pick up your purchases the afternoon! A 24h delay may apply*.

When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification email. You will have a maximum of 10 days following your online order to pick up your products in store.

*Please wait for the "Your order (WEBCXXXXXX) is now ready for pick-up" email before coming to the store.

At the time of pick-up, please go to the front desk. You will need to show your order number (WEBCXXXXXX), photo ID and the credit card used to pay for your order.

Pick-up Delegates

If you are unable to pick up your order in person, you can select a pick-up delegate to pick it up for you. However, you must enter this person’s name in the appropriate field before finalizing your order. At the time of pick-up, the delegate will need to provide your name, the order number (WEBCXXXXXX) and photo ID for validation purposes.

PM Truck Delivery

Choose home delivery for your next online order! An in-store consultant will contact you by phone within 24 hours of your purchase to arrange a delivery date.

To obtain home delivery, you must select the store closest to your delivery address. Since our delivery service is done by our own trucks, delivery is only offered within 50 km of our stores.

A $69 delivery fee applies.

If you wish to have a delivery by boom truck, please mention it when we contact you to schedule your delivery. Note that an additional fee of $25 is applicable for this type of delivery.

At the time of delivery, you will need to provide your order number (WEBCXXXXXX), a photo ID and the credit card used to complete the order. You must be present at the time of delivery. We also accept delivery delegates. The person receiving the merchandise will also need to provide your order number (WEBCXXXXXX) and photo ID for validation purposes.

Pallet charges

Some products will be delivered or picked up on one or more pallets depending on the quantity purchased. Additional charges will be added to your order depending on the type of pallet used with the product. If you return to the store a pallet or pallets charged to you, we will refund the charge within 90 days of purchase upon presentation of the invoice and the condition of the pallets..

Handling of items

We do not handle any items at the delivery location. Our drivers will drop off your merchandise near your entrance but will not be allowed to enter your home with your products.

*All our products are deliverable except for hazardous materials, chemicals and products that are sensitive to freezing. For safety reasons, some tools are also excluded.
