Online Orders

When you place an online order with Patrick Morin, you have two options:

• In-store pickup
• Home delivery

You can select either of those two options when placing your order online.

Please note that for home delivery, the system will default to the most affordable delivery method. Any shipping fees will automatically be added to your total.

FREE in-store pickup

Place your order in the morning and pick up your purchase that afternoon! Orders can take up to 24 hours to fill.*.

When your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You will have a maximum of 10 days after placing your online order to pick up your purchase in-store.

*Please wait for the email with “Your order (WEBCXXXXXX) is now ready for pickup” in the subject line before coming to the store.

At the time of in-store pickup, you will need to present yourself at the reception desk with:

• Your order number (WEBCXXXXXX)
• Photo ID
• The credit card used to pay for your order

Designating a pick-up person

If you are unable to come to the store to pick up your order yourself, you can designate someone to pick it up for you. However, you must include their name in the comments before finalizing your order.

During pickup, the person responsible for collecting the order must provide:

• Your name
• The order number (WEBCXXXXXX)
• Photo ID to confirm their identity.

Parcel shipping

Orders can be shipped to some parts of Quebec. This usually takes 5 to 7 business days but may take longer when there are high shipping volumes. Thank you for understanding.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information and your tracking number. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after receiving the shipping email.

You will need to enter your postal code as part of the payment process to see if parcel shipping is available in your area.

If parcel shipping isn’t listed as an option, it means that it unfortunately isn’t available for your order.

Delivery fee

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated directly during the online payment process.

*Please note that shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected. To get free shipping on orders over $100, the subtotal of the items to be shipped must be greater than $100.

Carriers

The carrier will be determined based on the items ordered, their weight and dimensions, and your delivery address. Our system will select the most affordable carrier for you during the payment process for your online order. The carrier will drop off your items near your entrance but cannot enter your home with them.

Items eligible for parcel shipping

The items eligible for parcel shipping are identified as such. Otherwise, the option will not appear on the pickup/delivery selection screen.

Please note that hazardous materials, chemicals, products sensitive to freezing, heavy and bulky items (articles weighing 50 lbs or more) are not eligible for parcel shipping. Construction materials and clearance products are also excluded from parcel shipping.

Since parcel shipping is currently only available in some parts of Quebec, orders with delivery addresses outside our parcel shipping zones will be cancelled.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Patrick Morin truck delivery

Choose home delivery for your next online order! An in-store advisor will contact you by phone within 24 hours of your purchase to arrange a delivery date.

For home delivery, you will need to select the store closest to your delivery address. Since we use our own trucks for our home delivery service, this option is only available for addresses within a 50 km radius of a Patrick Morin store.

A delivery fee of $79 applies.

If you would like your items delivered by crane truck, let us know when we contact you to schedule your delivery. Please note that an additional $21 fee applies for crane truck deliveries.

When your order arrives, you will need to provide your order number (WEBCXXXXXX), photo ID, and the credit card used to place the order. You will need to be there when the order is delivered. You can also designate someone to receive the order for you. The person receiving the order will also need to provide your order number (WEBCXXXXXX) and photo ID to confirm their identity.

Pallet fee

Some items will be delivered or picked up on one or more pallets, depending on the quantity purchased. Additional fees will be added to your order depending on the type of pallet used for the item. If you return one or more of the pallets to our store in good condition within 90 days of purchase, we will reimburse you upon presentation of the invoice.

Handling

We do not handle any items at the point of delivery. Our delivery people will drop off your order near your entrance but cannot bring items into your home.

*All our items are deliverable except for hazardous materials, chemicals, and products that may freeze. For security reasons, some tools are also excluded.
