Designed for sealing around exterior/interior windows, doors and siding, QUAD Max bonds to a wide variety of materials such as fibre cement, cedar, brick, stone, coated aluminum, fibreglass, vinyl, PVC, stucco, EIFS, wood, glass, and flashing tapes and Kynar coatings. With enhanced resistance to UV and extreme temperatures (-18°C to 60°C) and proven wet surface application, LePage® QUAD Max is the versatile and durable choice for professional contractors and home owners.
LePage® QUAD Max has a fast 24-hour cure and can be painted in 1 hour (dependent on temperature, humidity, and depth of sealant applied). The best window, door & siding sealant LePage® offers, QUAD Max is flexible with 5x stretch and Class 50 Joint Movement capability. Unlike traditional solvent sealants, QUAD Max is resistant to bubbling and has no shrinkage.
